Feature
* It has short heating time, fits for heat sensitive product. Continuous feeding & discharging, product could get concentrated in one time, and retention time is less than 3 minutes
* Compact structure, it could finish product pre-heating and concentrating in one time, to save the extra cost of pre-heater,
reduce the risk of cross contamination, and occupied space
* It fits for processing high concentrated & high viscosity product
* Three effect design saves steam
* The evaporator is easy for clean, there’s no need of dismantle when cleaning the machine
* Half Automatic operation
* No product leakage
Description
Raw material is fed into pre-heating swirl pipe from storage tank via pump. The liquid is getting heated by vapor from thirdly effect evaporator, then it enters the distributor of thirdly evaporator, fall down to become the liquid film, evaporated by the vapor from secondary evaporator. The vapor moves along with the concentrated liquid, enters thirdly separator, and separated from each other. Concentrated liquid comes to the secondary evaporator through pump, and get evaporated again by the vapor from the first evaporator, and the above process repeat again. The first effect evaporator need fresh steam supply.
Principle
The raw material liquid is distributed into each evaporation pipe unfirmly, under the function of gravity, liquid flow from top to bottom, it becomes the thin film and heat exchanging with steam. Generated secondary steam go along with the liquid film, it increases the liquid flow speed, heat exchanging rate and reduces the retention time. Fall film evaporation fits for heat sensitive product and there’s very less product loss because of bubbling.
